MICHELE JOHNSON
Michele started her career at a small ad agency in New York City working 16 hour days and having the time of her life. But soon she was ready for a new (and slower-paced) adventure so she hopped in her car and drove to California where she spent the next 10 years in public relations for the high-tech sector. When she and her husband (see below) were ready to settle down they relocated to Charleston and they love it so much, they’ll never leave. Michele purchased 2 Oceans in 2013 and has been putting her marketing expertise to use ever since. She loves exploring the waterways of Charleston with her husband and 2 daughters, Lucy and Caroline.

CHRIS JOHNSON
Prior to joining 2 Oceans, Chris spent his days in the IT industry. A graduate of Georgia Tech,
Chris is a lifelong Yellow Jacket fan but neither of his daughters followed in his footsteps
so now he roots for Wofford College and Clemson. Chris leads new business development for
2 Oceans and when he’s not at work, he can be found playing in the old-man soccer league
or fishing the waterways of the Charleston area (a much safer place for a man his age).

JENNIFER NEAL
With over 15 years in the promotional products business, Jennifer is the resident expert on all things “branding.” She’s a master at both custom importing and domestic sourcing and knows exactly who to call for our most outlandish requests. Jen joined 2 Oceans in 2001, making her Chief of Staff here at the office. She has worked closely with clients in developing promotional campaigns for amusement park venues, television shows and events worldwide and is a genius at consumer product development. Away from the office, she and her husband can often be found at the baseball fields cheering on their two young sons.

MAX DERRICKSON
Max Derrickson joined 2 Oceans at the beginning of 2015 and continues to be our resident
“youngster.” He always brings a new outlook and lots of energy to the group. A graduate of
LSU (Geaux Tigers!), Max’s previous job was with an event planning company – the perfect
background to help our customers find the right items for their special events. Max grew
up in Atlanta and he and his wife Liz and son Henry spend their weekends renovating their home.

SCOTT JOHNSON
The newest addition to our 2 Oceans family is a perfect fit. Scott spent much of his career buying promotional items for radio stations across the US. When he and his family moved to Charleston in 2005, Scott knew he had found home. Raised in Mobile, AL, Scott is a huge Crimson Tide fan and it runs in the family! He met his wife Kristen (a Bama grad) when she interviewed him for a news story. Their son Cameron has just graduated from University of Alabama. Roll Tide!

LEXI FECTEAU
We are thrilled to have Lexi join the 2 Oceans Team! Born and raised in the promotional products industry, she brings along with her several years of knowledge and customer service experience. Lexi married her high school sweetheart, Daniel, they share the love of travel and spending quality time together with their puppy named Whiskey, and cat named Twister.

Stefanie is the Queen of Numbers. She brings over 25 years of accounting experience to 2 Oceans. While she loves diving into the nitty-gritty details of the digits, what she really enjoys is spending time outdoors playing tennis or hiking with her husband and kids. She loves the Pittsburgh Steelers. What self respecting Pittsburgh native doesn’t? She is a mom to two college aged twins, two very energetic labradoodles and the cutest golden retriever puppy you have ever seen.

KAREN HYDE
Karen is a jack-of-all-trades but her main focus is to manage the shipping, receiving and deliveries from our busy 2 Oceans office. She loves to spend her free time boating, traveling, and cheering on both of our state’s biggest football rivals – Clemson and USC. Her son attends USC and her daughter attends Clemson but Karen hates playing favorites so she roots for both. It gets to be tricky when they play each other! Karen worked in the gift industry as a sales rep for several years, but now enjoys helping keep the 2 Oceans office in “ship-shape.”
